Easter Weekend

We had a wonderful Easter weekend! Had a great time with family and went to the museum!!!

New Car

This week has been a very exciting week for babies in our family. Danny's brother, Aaron and his wife Erin had their second baby girl! Cayleigh Nichole was born November 14, and she is beautiful! Can't wait to meet her tomorrow and hold her.

My cousin, Ryan had his first baby girl early November Th. I went to see Chloe Ryan today and boy is she precious! Tons of hair.

You would think all these babies would have given me the bug...not yet. I am pretty happy with my little family and couldn't imagine adding another little one to the mix just yet.

Danny hasn't had a decent new to him car ever. Well, that is about to change! Tomorrow Danny will be the proud new owner of a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, he really deserves it!

Remi's 2nd Birthday Party

We celebrated Remi's birthday a little early this year. He is crazy about the Texas Rangers, we watched baseball every night. Since Danny's new office is at the Ballpark we decided to take full advantage of this and have his party up there for the Ranger's last home gaame of the season.

He loved it and so did our guests!

My new vow...

I am vowing to blog once a week. Maile, Remi's amazing babysitter, blogs all the time and prints her blog once a year as a book. What an amazing thing for her son to have when he is older!

We bought a house!
We are loving being homeowners and having so much space! We have an attic and no longer have Christmas decor under our bed.

Closing wasn't so easy though...the house appraised for less than our agreed purchase price. The seller wouldn't come down and we walked, when we were looking at another house we got a call saying they would come down on the price! We were so excited but now really pressed for time. We closed on Friday October 23rd, that same day my parents came into town for Remi's party. His party was Sunday, the 25th. We moved ourselves with some wonderful help on Saturday the 24th and had Remi's party the 25th. It was a CRAZY weekend to say the least!

Remi's First Haircut

We finally cut Remington's hair. It was an emotional time for me, haha! I think I cried as much as Remi did. His was out of fear, mine was out of sadness. My baby is now growing up and had his first of many haircuts. Just another thing to remind me that I can't keep him little forever, time moves whether I want it to or not. Enough of the sadness, he looks darn cute with his new style. I couldn't bare with them cutting too much off so we went with a trim. Still longish but not in his eyes anymore.

I got a new camera so hopefully it will encourage me to post more! It is ridlicious how long it has been since I posted. Let's say that this is a new start!

I mentioned that I got a new camera. I bought it from my Uncle Jim. It is so fun to learn this new hobby. Auntie and Jim came over to have lunch and for Jim to teach me a bit about the camera.

We went bowling this weekend with Aaron, Erin, Brooklyn, and our friends Austin and Ashley. I got a cute picture of the cousing sharing a snack.
